A useful correction contains three things
- The article address and the passage you want checked
- A current public source or a description of the unclear wording
- The date you checked the source
A broken link, unclear scope or outdated public reference is a useful report. You do not need to establish a personal benefit case to point out an editorial problem.
This is not employee support
We cannot access myExperience, reset passwords, confirm enrollment, book care, decide a claim or communicate with an employer on your behalf. Use your verified workplace contact, applicable plan administrator or the official resources identified in our resource guide.
Keep private records private
Do not send health records, claim notices, employee identifiers, dependent information, financial statements, passwords or authentication codes. A public source and article address are normally sufficient. The benefits question map does not collect these details.
How correspondence works
Email is processed by the email services used by the sender and the publisher. The public email link opens the reader’s mail application; it is not a message-submission form on this website. Correspondence is used to assess and respond to publication matters. Contact the publisher to ask what correspondence is held and request its correction or deletion where applicable. The reading-preference controls do not erase email records. There is no contact submission form or promised response time. Read our Privacy Policy and editorial method for more context.
